The Voodoo13 warranty: what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim. Review coverage, exclusions and the claim process before contacting support.
Voodoo13 (Autoline Industries LLC) offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original retail consumer against component defects and workmanship, on light-truck and car applications under normal operating conditions.
Parts that have been improperly installed, and wearable items such as worn bushings or bearings unless proven defective from the manufacturer. Exterior finish is not covered — maintaining paint, anodization or raw metal finish is the owner’s responsibility. Modified, customized, painted, dented, rusted or improperly installed products are excluded, as are sales outside the United States, and dents, rust or any condition caused by abnormal use or neglect.
Proof of purchase and product registration through the Voodoo13 website are mandatory for a warranty replacement, and the original invoice from the distributor the product was bought from must accompany it. All returns need RMA approval from Voodoo13 before anything is shipped to our facility. We can refuse a claim where these procedures are not met.
The consumer is responsible for removing the component and for freight both ways to and from the distributor the product was originally bought from. Loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss and consequential damages are not covered.
Voodoo13 may change, modify or discontinue the design of any product previously manufactured without obligation. Where a replacement qualifies for a discontinued product, the new product that replaces it is what is supplied. A single faulty product does not entitle a replacement pair.
Voodoo13 may refuse warranty claims from any distributor that did not buy the original product directly from Voodoo13, and may refuse a Return Goods Authorization for merchandise believed to be fraudulent or distressed and not originally bought from Autoline Industries.
