We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For security we only ship to the credit card billing address — the level of credit card fraud in this industry has led us to that policy.
Voodoo13 products can be bought from a selected authorized dealer, or from Voodoo13 directly over the phone or through this website.
If you ordered through an authorized dealer, contact that dealer — we cannot look up an order a dealer placed under your name. If you ordered from us directly, call our sales department; email can be delayed or filtered. Have the name the order was placed under, or the order number from your confirmation email, ready.
Call our sales team rather than emailing — email may not reach us in time. An order that already has a tracking number cannot be cancelled; call us to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization when the item arrives.
A confirmation email goes out within 10–15 minutes of a website or phone order. In-stock orders placed before 2pm Arizona time usually ship the same day, sometimes the next business day. If you need expedited shipping, call us so we can process the order faster.
