SHIPPING ADDRESSES

VooDoo13 will only ship to the credit card billing address. VooDoo13 is not responsible for any incorrect shipments due to incorrect entries on our website during the checkout process.

SHIPPING FEES

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from VooDoo13. We ship all items via FedEx or USPS.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We do not allow cancellations of special order items.

BACK ORDERS

If an item is not in stock, you will be contacted by a VooDoo13 staff member via email with an estimated time of arrival for the part ordered.

RETURNS

ALL returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any returns must be issued a return authorization number (RMA) by our Shipping & Receiving Department. Any items shipped back to us without RMA # will be refused and sent back to you. Returns must be shipped in their original packaging and in brand new condition. Used or installed items cannot be refunded, no exceptions. This applies to website, phone, email, and in-store orders.

CANCELLATION AND DISPUTE

If you wish to cancel an order or file an order dispute, VooDoo13 must be notified prior to the item being shipped.  You must call to cancel an order as emails may not be received in time.  Once an item has shipped, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned to us. This applies to website, phone, email, and in-store orders.

ORDER STATUS

All in stock items will ship within 1 business day from the date of the order. Back order items and/or special order items will ship once they become available. A VooDoo13 staff member will contact you via email if there is a back order or special order item.

VooDoo13 accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). Prepaid credit cards are not accepted.

TRACKING

Tracking numbers are emailed automatically each night after our shipping carrier has picked up. If you do not receive your tracking number via email, please email orders@VooDoo13usa.com with your order number.  Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us for tracking information.
